Gateway North, Minnetonka, MN:
A $17 m, 222,000 sf 10-story office building with a two-level parking ramp.
American Family Insurance Claims Offices:
Arden Hills and Rochester, MN. $1.4 million, 20,000 sf buildings each.
International Plaza, Bloomington, MN:
Assisted with leasehold improvement work in this $12 m, 270,000 sf, 10-story office building.
