30. ALLIANZ LIFE USA - PHASE II EXPANSION

Services Provided

Project Manager for the $98 m, 302,000 sf 6-story office building and the 235,000 sf 7-level parking ramp located in Golden Valley, MN. Serving as Owner’s Representative. Responsible for overall Project Team assembly and coordination of design / consultant team and general contractor responsibilities including master scheduling and total project budgeting. This project is Phase II of the initial project completed 9/2001. The entire project encompasses a total cost of $214m; 658,000 sf of class A+ office place; 665,000 sf, 2,500 stall parking ramp; two full service dining café’s; training facilities, fitness center; 400 seat stadium seating auditorium and outdoor courtyard. Over 3,000 employees will occupy the facility when complete. Allianz is the world’s 14th largest corporation and this is their North American Headquarters.
